At Home Style Rugs & Flooring, we are committed to ensuring your new rugs and flooring products arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. All standard orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

  • Please note: Deliveries to Perth, Darwin, and other regional or remote areas may experience longer transit times. We appreciate your patience as our courier partners navigate these routes.

3. Free Delivery

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Your total order value is over $299

  • Your delivery address is located within a designated Metro area.

4. Regional, Remote & Heavy Freight

Due to the size and weight of rugs and flooring products, deliveries outside of standard metro areas (remote and regional locations) are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your address falls outside our standard metro delivery zones, all freight costs will be discussed and confirmed with you directly before your order is dispatched.

  • High Freight Costs: In instances where third-party freight costs exceed $50, we will contact you to discuss the best solution. We may suggest sharing the freight cost with us, or you are welcome to arrange your own preferred freight forwarder to collect the goods from our warehouse.
